A copy of a letter, in Arabic, from Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Mubarak Al-Sabah to Colonnel Sir Percy Cox (representative of the British government in the Persian Gulf) in which he mentions the Persian Gulf (khaleej al-farsi).
